Mr. DeNafo is a graduate of the University of Delaware (Cum Laude) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. At the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Mr. DeNafo was selected as a member of the University of Cincinnati College of Law Moot Court Board for his excellent oral argument skills.
Mr. DeNafo is a former intern at the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, a former legal intern to the to the Honorable Ann Marie Tracey of the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas in Cincinnati, Ohio and a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Kane of the Atlantic County Superior Court. More recently, Mr. DeNafo worked as an Assistant County Counsel for the County of Atlantic as the supervising attorney for the workers compensation department. After working as an Assistant County Counsel, Mr. DeNafo took a position as an associate with a large personal injury law firm. Mr. DeNafo has concentrated his practice in Workers Compensation and Personal Injury.
Mr. DeNafo is an associate of the American Inn of Court in Workers Compensation.
He currently resides in the area with his wife.
Adam M. Walcoff, Esquire
Mr. Walcoff is a graduate of Mainland Regional High School. He obtained his Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University and, following a year of teaching history at Egg Harbor Township High School, attended Widener University School of Law.
During his law school career, Mr. Walcoff was elected Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi Honors Chapter, a member of the Executive Board of the Widener Law Symposium Journal and graduated in the top one-third of his class in 1997.
Mr. Walcoff is also a published author, having published the article, The Restructured Global Environment Facility: A Practical Evaluation for Unleashing the Lending Power of GEF, 3 Widener L. Symp. J. 485 (Fall 1998).
In 1997, Mr. Walcoff was appointed as law clerk to the Honorable Marvin N. Rimm, J.T.C. Following his clerkship, he became an associate in a small general practice law firm until accepting an appointment as Assistant County Counsel for Atlantic County in 1999 as trial counsel. In 2001, he left County Counsels office to take a position as an associate with a large personal injury law firm. He practiced workers compensation and personal injury until he left to form DeNafo & Walcoff, L.L.C. with his partner, Brandon DeNafo in 2003.
Mr. Walcoff is a workers compensation and personal injury attorney. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, United States District Courts and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is active in his community, having served as President of the Northfield School Board. Mr. Walcoff was recently named Outstanding Young Lawyer for 2007 by the Atlantic County Bar Association. He received the Benjamin A. Rimm Award in October 2007.
